Thrombocytopenia can be seen rarely in Graves disease (GD). In this report we present a case of pseudothrombocytopenia in a 21-year-old woman who had hyperthyroidism due to GD. A 21-year-old female admitted to our clinic with symptoms such as hair loss, anxiety, nervousness and tremor in hands.
